Worked on rebuilding and improving Padra International Clinic’s digital infrastructure by focusing on performance, scalability, automation, and long-term maintainability. The project included a complete backend refactor, redesigning key sections of the website, and developing a more flexible content management architecture to make launching and managing new landing pages faster and more efficient. Designed and implemented a real-time website monitoring system to track performance, availability, and potential infrastructure issues before they impact users. Improved the website architecture, optimized server and code performance, and resolved technical bottlenecks that helped reduce loading times and improve overall SEO performance. Developed custom tools and internal automation solutions to streamline repetitive workflows, including lead management processes and operational tasks. Implemented technical SEO improvements, optimized website structure, and improved content management workflows to create a more scalable platform for future growth. The project resulted in a more stable, faster, and maintainable WordPress ecosystem with a stronger foundation for continuous development.
