WooPilot Bale – WooCommerce & Bale Messenger Integration Platform
An open-source WordPress and WooCommerce plugin connecting online stores to Bale Messenger through secure authentication, real-time notifications, reporting, webhooks, and in-chat commerce features.
WooPilot Bale is a custom-built, open-source WordPress and WooCommerce plugin developed specifically for the Iranian market. The project connects WooCommerce stores to Bale Messenger and brings several operational, authentication, reporting, and customer interaction workflows into a single integration layer. The plugin was designed from the beginning with a modular architecture rather than as a collection of isolated hooks. Core areas including Admin, API, Messaging, WooCommerce, Authentication, Webhooks, and Reports are separated into dedicated modules using OOP, namespaces, PSR-4 autoloading, WordPress coding standards, and WooCommerce best practices. This structure was intended to keep the plugin maintainable and make future modules easier to add without tightly coupling the existing functionality. One of the main parts of the project is the Bale Bot API integration. WooPilot Bale supports webhook-based real-time communication, connection testing, webhook management, failed-request retries, logging, and debugging tools. WooCommerce events can trigger configurable Bale messages for new orders, customer updates, order status changes, admin alerts, and low-stock notifications, with reusable message templates and dynamic variables. A dedicated authentication system was also developed around Bale. Users can register or log in using OTP verification, connect their Bale account to their WordPress account, and maintain that connection for future interactions. The authentication flow uses AJAX and includes secure token generation, nonce validation, input sanitization, capability checks, protected requests, and webhook verification. WooPilot Bale also extends beyond notifications by providing commerce-related interactions directly inside Bale. Users can search products, browse categories, access their account, view orders, track order status, find sale products, and navigate support and informational sections from the bot interface. The bot menu itself is configurable from WordPress, allowing administrators to enable, disable, and reorder available actions. For store administrators, the plugin includes a sales reporting module with order statistics, sales data, product metrics, interactive charts, custom date ranges, Jalali date support, and scheduled report delivery to Bale administrators. A separate login page customizer provides control over branding, colors, border radius, and authentication interface styling. The result is an extensible integration platform that connects WooCommerce operations with Bale Messenger while keeping authentication, messaging, reporting, and commerce workflows inside a structured WordPress plugin architecture. The project remains open source and is designed to continue evolving around the needs of Iranian WooCommerce stores.
